If you visit the Snapshot Classics website and/or buy Snapshot Classics products, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as laid out here.

Returns
All Snapshot Classics material is supplied on approval. Goods received back by Snapshot Classics in resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt will receive a full credit or return. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Goods not in resaleable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We do not accept defaced or marked products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Duplication
Snapshot Classics are a labour of love involving many hours of concentrated work: please do not abuse them. You may not make copies of any material supplied by us. Our material is also supplied strictly for use within a single institution.

Postage
We charge flat-rate post & packing (currently £3.97) on any order that requires postal delivery. Please also note that the digital element of any ordered material will incur VAT at the current rate. All printed material is zero-rated.

Copyright
All content included on this site, and its compilation, is the property of Snapshot Classics or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are not permitted to reproduce, adapt or store any part of its content in any medium, nor is it permissible to use tools or other methods for the purpose of data gathering, mining or extraction by any means without the express permission of Snapshot Classics.

Trademarks
Snapshot Classics trademarks may not be used in conjunction with any product or service that is not Snapshot Classics in any manner that is likely to cause customer confusion. All other trademarks appearing on the Snapshot Classics site are acknowledged as to their respective owners.

Force Majeure
If a delay to goods arriving is due to circumstances beyond our control, Snapshot Classics will not be held liable.

Law
All Snapshot Classics contracts are governed by English law. Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts irrespective of where users are based.

Data Protection
We collect only that data that allows us to fulfil your orders. By using us you consent to such data collection. We do not pass information on our users to third parties.
